In regards to the purchase made by [redacted] for a  “Twister T4 Trimming – Dry or Wet'' from Paradise Supply Inc on October 7, 2016. Customer took machine home and could not figure out how to properly opperate the machine. He asked Coby a employee to help we  stated we do...

not fix  or repair the machine, Nor do we provide training. We then instructed [redacted] to contact Dalton which is a Rep for Twister and could help with the Problem. [redacted] continued to have issues operating the machine and asked he could get a refund and return the machine. We then told him that we do not do returns on trimming machine, which says so on the bottom of all our receipt. If he need a refund he would have to contact the manufacture. Dalton then called us and ask if there was anything we could do to help this customer out.We told Dalton that if he reissued a check that we would receive the machine and ship it back. Once we recieved the check from Dalton, we reversed the charge and refunded the full amount of the check sent which was $5914 we told [redacted] before the return that it would not be for the full amount because of the shipping and restocking fee that Twister had to pay to get the machine back. We dont make Commission at this store. nor do we do returns we only did this because the Manufacture asked us not because of [redacted].  His return was thru them we simply received and ship the machine back.
