Review: After moving out of The Gatways Apartments in West Chester 4 months ago I got a bill for over $900 in charges. Several of the line items had cryptic descriptions....charges for things like 'dbl chg for Jan" or "AUTOCHRG @T4/30/2015". After sending dozens of emails asking for a simple explanation of charges I was never told what these line items are actually for. I then received a letter threatening my credit score if I didn't pay.

I paid in full to avoid credit issues but I have no idea what I am being charged for. It has been months and the lack of communication regarding this issue is astounding. Karen F[redacted] and Melissa G[redacted] are the individuals I have been dealing with. Elizabeth has also been on several email.Desired Settlement: An explanation of charges and a refund for those items which were incorrectly charged (if applicable).
