Review: In contacting the company as the authorized Rep. for the Hot Tub, a service tech was dispatched to my home. He arrived a couple days later and determined (with my assistance) that a part was needed. Upon leaving my residence he swiped my credit card for the service call - no copy of a receipt was left with me. The part was ordered and I was told 3-4 day delivery. A week later, I called to see if it was in - the "wrong part came in but they did not order the right one". It was re-ordered. Again about 4 days later I initiated a follow up call leaving a message - I finally called them back 7 hours later to find out the status. Eventually the part arrived and the service tech came back to the house to install it. He left without even saying it was all completed and left no type of service ticket. I currently have no record of the call other than my credit card statement and no terms of the service if there is any warranty on the service or part. I had to initiate any and all contacts with the company as they took no initiative on their own. In general absolutely poor customer service. I was stuck to use this company as it appears that all of the Hot Tub manufacturers will not sell parts directly but make you go through the local rep. so you are stuck with it.Desired Settlement: In addition I would like to receive a hard copy of my service ticket with terms of any warranty on parts and services rendered.
