Paradise Motors

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am waiting to hear from Anthony N [redacted] of the Newberg Paradise Coach location for resolution of my complaint Sincerely, [redacted]

Sold me a faulty engine and will not replace, still in day warranty period Went to a Machanic by the name of [redacted] on FAIRLAWN in Baltimore to replace my motor [redacted] charged a deposit to put the motor in in the amount of he then referred me(***) to Paradise motors to purchase a new motor I called paradise motors spoke to sales person/owner [redacted] and purchased a motor with my Debit card for Dollars The motor was delivered in four days The motor was put in my truck within a week by [redacted] motors I was told by the end of the week to pick up my vehicle it was ready Upon picking up my vehicle I paid [redacted] the balance of My vehicle was making a very loud knocking noise I asked [redacted] what went wrong because when I dropped my vehicle off it was not making that noise [redacted] said there's a crack in the Manifold I asked why did he put the motor in instead of sending the motor back he replied" You have to take that up with ParadiseParad

This is the first Notice I have seen about this issueWe have locations and this was all sold through the Newberg location which Anthony N [redacted] runs and I believe has been dealing with thisI have forwarded this to him and he will respond in a timely fashion Thank YouJeffParadise Coach Sweet Home Oregon
