I am rejecting this response because: I have been contacted on September 13th by an employee of your company telling me that both refunds were successful - this being the refund to my closed account and the refund to my new details I provided you withYou yourselves have said this is not the case as the original transaction was not completed - I never received the refund issued in August and have no means of accessing it as the account is closed. The employee has contacted me to say that your organisation will be taking back the dollars sent to me at the new details I provided in SeptemberAs such I am now having the refund that I am entitled to taken away, despite you yourselves acknowledging that I have not been refunded twice and I am entitled to this refund because I had no way of accessing the money sent to a closed account.I need the dollars I am entitled to returning to my account, the details of which I sent to your organisation at the start of September, with immediate effectI also think the employee in question needs investigating
Sincerely,

To whom it may concern,I'm writing in response to complaint #[redacted]. The guest had a refund due to her in the amount of $200 that we attempted to credit back to the card she purchased the tour on. Unfortunately, the guest had closed that particular card on the same day that we submitted the...
refund. The credit was shown as processed on our side and included a transaction number. After a few days, our accounting department noticed that the refund that was issued was in fact not completed. We explained this to the guest , asked for a new credit card to issue the refund on, and have now completed that transaction. The guest has been refunded.
