[redacted] went above-and-beyond in replacing our central air conditioning unit--and thus far we are very pleased. Their bid was reasonable (lower than their competitor's), the work was done on time, and they even "corrected mistakes" left behind by other service companies. Personable and courteous--a positive experience for us. Thank you, Paradise!

great customer relations and very honest did a great job while he was here took time to explain everything deserves AAA rating

This company took advantage of me about 2 years ago while I was going through a divorce. I was charged nearly [redacted] for repairs to my furnace and was told I basically have a brand new furnace and that I won't ever have any issues for years and years. Well it went out again today maybe two years later. I made the mistake of telling them I only had about [redacted] to fix things, and they took every penny, with an invoice detailing NOTHING, just general lines with amounts. They are crooks, and I will never say anything good about them. DO NOT use these people, use anyone else.

We included a copy of another complaint filed by [redacted] on the same day, one says she wants us to fix it, the other said she wanted a refund! Her system Fixed and Running Good!
