Paradise Cove at Lake Grapevine

Paradise Cove did have work done due to floodingThe groom did come out mid week, see the facility and apparently was satisfied at that timeAlthough it was not in their contract, this couple was given access the day prior to their event for set upThe day before their event they decided to move to another locationThe refund policy is clear in the contractAlthough no refund is required, Paradise Cove did offer a reasonable amount simply for goodwill and not any legal obligationParadise Cove was unable to resell that date- since their cancellation was the day beforeParadise Cove was reopened, had wonderful events throughout that weekendIt is regrettable that this couple decided last minute not to use the beautiful, updated Paradise Cove facility which so many couples have already enjoyed!
