Paradise Cleaners

I took a blouse in to be dry cleaned and the older [redacted] American man in there, took off my cufflinks to my blouse and lost them and wont replace.I took a blouse in to be cleaned on 9/21/2014 and the older [redacted] american man in there, who is always rude, took it upon himself to take my cuff links off, which I didn't know they could come off, and lost them and when I called and told him he said well I put them in a bag and stapled them together so they were there. I said they are not here and this is a brand new blouse never worn and he said I dont know what to tell you, but I know I put them in the bag. He didnt say well we can replace the cuff links or anything, he just said he didnt know what to tell me. He should not be working with the public, his attitude is horrible and everyone that goes in there says the same thing, but I either want my cuff links or a new blouse.Desired SettlementI want some new cuff links or a new blouse. My blouse cost $55.00, I dont know how much cuff links are, but 15.00 should do it if they can replace them.
