I am rejecting this response because: This issue happened before to other properties in this community and the association failed to remedy the situation with all the townhomesAccording to page of the attached document, this qualify as an act of omission from the association, therefore they are responsible for fixing it
Please understand that Paradise & Associates is the management company for the Market House Condominium Homeowners Association. Market House is a 58 unit condominium inside a commercial mixed use building, with offices and a restaurant on the first three levels of the building, which are...
not members of the Homeowners Association. The Homeowners Association is governed by a three person Board of Directors made up of homeowners. Paradise & Associates works at the direction of the Board. The Market House building was dealing with a faulty fire alarm coming from the Commercial portion of the building, which was sounding the alarms in the residential portion of the building. Although the commercial properties should take the lead on these repairs, the Board of Directors and Paradise & Associates worked hard to solve these issues for the building by working with the vendors for the fire safety equipment that are under contract with the building. As of Monday, May 2nd we believe the system has been completely repaired and is in normal operation. We have included some of the communications that were posted in the building, in addition to being distributed to the homeowners via email by the Board of Directors. Please see Exhibit 1, Exhibit 2, and Exhibit 3.
