My wife and I were looking to purchase a larger boat to enjoy retirementWe initially contacted Paradigm Yacht Sales to schedule an appointment to view some of their boatsWe were dealing with their representative over in Cincinnati Ohio who I believe goes by the name of JoeOur first encounter Joe was not going to show because he got the times wrong but agreed to show againHe was an hour late to the showing and after the showing I requested documentation on the boat which he agreed to provide but never heard back from him.The second contact we had with him he was rude, impatient and did not have time for us even though we scheduled an appointment with himWe had to see and manage the viewing of the boat as he was too busy typing on his computer as he advised us that he had important matters to take care. When he did finally show up to the boat he knew nothing about the boat or the functioning of the boatWe asked to see all the paperwork on the boat which he showed us and we requested copies to view with another boat mechanicHe refused and advised us he would get them to us later in the week so I attempted to leave a fax number and he refused again stating his fax machine was broken. He never even took down our mailing address or email address for the documentationJoe eventually advised us that he had more pressing personal matters to attend to and didn't have time for usJoe was very condescending to my wife and rudeMy advice to you is to go elsewhere where they treat you professionally and have the time and patience to work with you***NOTE [redacted] We find it interesting on both occasions that Joe did not want to provide any copies of the work or surveys on the boats each time making excuses as to why not when advised we wanted another boat mechanic to view the paperworkwhy is that? What do you have to hide? There are several other reputable businesses that will provide a professional respectful experience when looking for a large purchase such as a boat We did contact the company with our experience and they replied they would look into it and get back with usjust like Joe we have not heard back from them
My wife and I were looking to purchase a larger boat to enjoy retirement. We initially contacted Paradigm Yacht Sales to schedule an appointment to view some of their boats. We were dealing with their representative over in Cincinnati Ohio who I believe goes by the name of Joe. Our first encounter Joe was not going to show because he got the times wrong but agreed to show again. He was an hour late to the showing and after the showing I requested documentation on the boat which he agreed to provide but never heard back from him.The second contact we had with him he was rude, impatient and did not have time for us even though we scheduled an appointment with him. We had to see and manage the viewing of the boat as he was too busy typing on his computer as he advised us that he had important matters to take care. When he did finally show up to the boat he knew nothing about the boat or the functioning of the boat. We asked to see all the paperwork on the boat which he showed us and we requested copies to view with another boat mechanic. He refused and advised us he would get them to us later in the week so I attempted to leave a fax number and he refused again stating his fax machine was broken. He never even took down our mailing address or email address for the documentation. Joe eventually advised us that he had more pressing personal matters to attend to and didn't have time for us. Joe was very condescending to my wife and rude. My advice to you is to go elsewhere where they treat you professionally and have the time and patience to work with you. What do you have to hide? There are several other reputable businesses that will provide a professional respectful experience when looking for a large purchase such as a boat. We did contact the company with our experience and they replied they would look into it and get back with us. just like Joe we have not heard back from them.
