To whom this concerns,The store received a letter in the mail on 09.03.2017 of a customer concern for turned in money.The assigned ID is [redacted].The store manager, [redacted], has spoken with [redacted] on several occasions about the concern for the money that was turned in. [redacted] informed [redacted]...

[redacted] that this was put into an investigation to return his lost money. [redacted] reviewed cameras and then turned the information over to my district supervisor. At that time my district supervisor turned it over to [redacted] paperwork auditor as per protocol states. [redacted] was informed on 08.31.2017 that I was allowed to return the money to [redacted]. I will be contacting [redacted] today on 09.04.2017 via telephone with the telephone number provided on the concern letter and will ask that he would return to the store to acquire his money.Our process to recover the money took longer than normal for this occurrence and I do apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused.If there is any more questions or concerns about this situation, please feel free to contact [redacted] (Store Manager) Monday – Friday 8am-3pm.Thank You,[redacted]Store Manager
