Residential waste removal: The local customer service was nice and helpful but the company hooks you with a year contract that automatically rolls over for another years if you don't realize the contract is up and they keep raising the billI will say that the local customer service crew lowered our bill as much as they could but we are stuck for another yearsWill NOT renewWe hit some financial bumps on the road but would have to pay hundreds to get out of the contractIn an effort to cut costs we were going to haul our own trash until our finances bounced backIt's just a sneaky, sleazy way to do business
