I am rejecting this response because: due to the fact that within week of his denial of my application I was approved by a reputable management companyBased on their findings there was no negative credit history and a positive rental reference/historyTherefore, I do not agree with his conclusion of my application

At the Time *** *** & *** *** applied to rent *** * *** I reviewed their application and told them that it was unlikely that it would be approved. They still wished to pay the application fee ($ea) and proceed I attempted to verify their
information and ran credit checks. Ultimately they did not meet our clearly stated qualifications to rent. I informed *** *** over the phone and sent them both letters explaining why their applications were rejected I did rent the property to someone else but that tenant reneged on the Agreement and forfeited part of their deposit No other parties have qualified. I do not normally accept applications and fees if it appears that the applicant will not qualify. However, if someone insists then I will accept the application.
