Dear [redacted], It is with much regret that I write this letter to you. [redacted] came to us January 9th of this year for makeup. business we cannot return makeup (sign is placed on the shelf with the makeup products) so to be sure you like it before you leave or wear it out and come back if you are pleased. My assistant assumed she was pleased when she purchased the products. Approximately a week or so later we received a very disturbing email from [redacted] with some very strong language and offered her a credit for the products she was now not wanting. She did receive a store credit for $33.92 (cleanser) that was given to her mother whom had done the exchange. We received a very angry email and call from her because she did not want a store credit but wanted it taken off her charge. [redacted] took a rather bully like approach and started threatening that she would be calling Revdex.com. I have been in business for since 1999 and have never encountered anything like this before [redacted]. Papillon will take the charges off [redacted]' credit card but we will need the credit slip we gave her of $33.92 and the products worth $108.00. We must see the makeup she is referring to as there were other products in the bag that we do not carry. We will need her card to take the charges off her account once we have the returns.Sincerely,Sandra L.LEProprietor
