absolutely horrible costumer service, had the audacity to tell me that me that I am a big headache and hung up on me multiple times after I called to tell them that my car is sitting in my garage the last few days and wont start I had the car for alittle over a monththey also got a person fired at a credit union that they go through because they were doing things that were not legal ( the owner) to get people financed lying about credit scoresmartial statusand more so the bank will not be working with them any longer due to the crap talking and rude remarks to the bank as well they begged me not to call the police when I was being extremely calm and respectful about the situation and never brang any legal action up untill they continued to be rude so I asked them if they would like to contact my lawyer they said no and hung upthey were trying anything possible to lie and say my car was fine and will not be costly when my engine light is on with four different major codes and internal bleeding in the engine its buring a quart of oil in days that will cost me thousands of dollars to fix I have a nissan muranowith 170,milesi got my car looked at twice by two professional mechanics and paid money to be looked at and both told me my car is not worth the fix I will be putting more money then what its worth it has multiple major issues so now i'm stuck without a car for work and they wont do anything for a costumer they knew for many years my car is going back I would not recommended this dealer unless you want junk carsplus the dealership looks like a dump the place is cricked and unprofessionali will be reporting them to other places ! just sad
