Laurie was our point person that we contacted for any and all questions...she was friendly, helpful, and always available. Packing and moving days were no different. Our things were well protected, with detailed labeling. When the truck that contained our things was reweighed, it turned out that we were able to pay less than the estimate. The owner accompanied our things with his hard working crew from Ohio to Naples, Florida. Delivery was timely and efficient, and there was not a scratch on anything.
