Paper Box Lofts

I am writing today in response to complaint ID [redacted].  Ms. [redacted] has been a valued tenant at Paper Box Lofts since 2015.  During her time at Paper Box Lofts, Ms. [redacted] has engaged in a communication style that is not conducive with the professional way we conduct business...

forcing the manager to end conversations abruptly. On multiple occasions various members from our staff have attempted to reach out to Ms. [redacted] to come to an agreement on the most effective way to communicate and rectify her concerns.Regarding the accusation that the manager records tenants without their knowledge is false.  We have security cameras in the common areas of the building, as well as in the office and are able to monitor them remotely.  Signs are clearly posted throughout the building notifying residents they are in use.  Our maintenance technician did photograph a vehicle that was improperly parked in an effort to contact the resident and have them relocate the vehicle.  No vehicle was towed in this instance.Since Ms. [redacted] is unhappy living at Paper Box Lofts, we have offered to release her from her lease early.  Our number one priority at Oakbrook Corporation is customer satisfaction and I apologize to Ms. [redacted] if she has not experienced that.  If she would like to discuss her options, I would encourage her to reach out to us in an effort to resolve her concerns and move forward.Sincerely, [redacted]
