Called 4/27/12 at 10:05 AM talked to [redacted] will call back with problem? with tape on typewriter. did not here from him. 4/27/12 6:30 AM left message to call me about above! 4/30/12 will have I tape for free because of bad tape AM 10:00 Am talked to [redacted] in with shipping! Used second tape til ran out then called about the tape that was bad on 7/5/2013 Left message to call about this! 7/8/2013 4:40 PM left to call about above! 7/9/2013 11:03 AM talked to [redacted] will have [redacted] call me monday the 15 of july 2013 (owner of company). She [redacted] said that I wrote that I will send you other tape with and order, and I said that is not what you said! I said when I saw if the second tape is going to hold up which it did I will call you when I need the second bad tape replaced, which I did! she said I should have sent it back so she could get the company to replace it. But she never told me this or I would have sent the whole thing back! So I called 7/15/2013 at 2:17 PM talked with [redacted] wanted info, I told him [redacted] was doing that I just wanted to talk to [redacted] the Owner! Hung up on me!Desired Settlement: $ 7.20 a tape plus the shipping for two was $9.80 divided by 2 = $4.90 total $12.10, or send me another tape and finish the job! Things go bad, Man is not perfect in what he makes so things fail so you have to understand this in doing business! thanks
