Review: At the time of placing an order with Paper Alligator there was a promotion to get 40% off of the order with promo code “SPRINGBREAK”. I entered the code in the correct place but it did not apply my 40% off. I continued to place the order thinking it would deduct the discount. It did not. I have contacted customer service by email two times. I have received confirmation that the email was received. I have contacted by telephone two times, both times leaving a voicemail. I have received no correspondence from the company by telephone or email. The promotion and the promotion code still appear on the page.Desired Settlement: My total was $58.99. The desired outcome would be to have 40% refunded ($23.60), as the promotion indicates.
