Just wanted to let who ever reads this know that I am beyond upset with PapayaThe last time I talked to "customer service" for the second time they said they would call me back in mins, I am still waitingdays later and still nothingI went into the store on black Friday 11/25/payed for a dress that was not on sale, at the time I am paying for this dress I ask the cashier what the return policy for this store wasShe said you will not get your money back BUT you will get store creditI was ok with that, however if I had known that a DRESS could not be returned I would NOT have bought it! I went to several stores that day and bought different dresses at different stores so I could have options to wear that weekendSo I knew I would only wear one dress and return the others, that is why I specifically asked about the return policy!! I go back on Monday to return the dress and they tell me bc it's a "club" dress I can not return it! I was very upset and called corporateI have talked to them twice and emailed, I have still yet to hear back from customer service! Bad bad cs!

Do not hire these people. Months after having a tub resurfaced there is chipping and peeling. Their one year warranty doesn't mean anything. I offered to send photos of the problem and they said they didnt even want to see them, they already knew it "wasn't covered" and wouldnt do anything. $225 plus a location fee and other charges to get it fixed. Instead they said they would mail me a DIY touch up kit for this HUGE area! Find someone reputable and skip this company.
