Papasito Mexican Grill and Agave Bar

HORRIBLE experience!!! My friends and I decided to grab drinks and hookah at Papasitos Mexican bar and grillHorrible, horrible, horrible decisionThe server took our order, we received our food and she never came back, until we sought her out to ask for the billOnce the bill came they told us they would not accept my friend's gift card because the card did "not have a chip"They then pointed to a tiny sign by the POS system stating that "credit cards were not accepted after pm or without a chip"Mind you it was like 10:pmA new policy that had been supposedly put in place just weeks prior, you'd think that is something your server or host would tell you before you order ANYWAY We then decided to speak to the manager and he was extremely rudeHe was so disrespectful he wouldn't even look me in the face as I spoke, he would look up into the airHe then proceeded to call the cops because we also refused to use their ATM machine to pull out cash, once the cops arrived we explained we had no idea of such policy because the sign is tiny and not placed somewhere visible to all customersWe ended pulling out cash and paying the bill only after arguing for minutes with the manager and the police officersPoint is I will never go back to such an unwelcoming establishmentThe servers sucked & management SUCKS big timeI’ve worked in restaurants all my life and I’ve never encountered such a rude human beingThe manager just made everything worseI also disputed the gratuity charges mostly because I was pissed but also cause a party of getting charged 18% gratuity for below average service is ridiculous; they didn’t deserve those extra $dollars

A new policy that had been supposedly put in place just 3 weeks prior, you'd think that is something your server or host would tell you before you order. ANYWAY We then decided to speak to the manager and he was extremely rude. He was so disrespectful he wouldn't even look me in the face as I spoke, he would look up into the air.
