should contact the manufacturer himself when he picked up the unit.  He told business (Papa's) that we need to contact warranty company for him when he originally brought it in.  He was just an angry customer when he brought in the unit and when he picked up the unit.  I DO NOT call any warranty company's for consumers, they need to contact the warranty company's before bringing their units into shop.The warranty company rejected the $22.50 for diagnostic fee.  The diagnostic fee was for us to find out what was the matter with the unit.  [redacted]'s unit didn't have enough compression for it to run.  The warranty company rejected paying the fee so someone has to pay for the fee, which would be [redacted].  NO WORK IS FREE AT ANY PLACE OF BUSINESS.Sincerely,[redacted]
