Review: I have been working with [redacted]'s for well over a year now to get my fireplace fixed. I have had service men at my home with no result for repair. I have paid for these visits nonetheless. The owner even came out in the December time frame. Likewise he did some analysis, charged me, and ordered some parts. When those parts came in he came and installed them. Still the fireplace did not work. He said he would order another part. He also talked to the company (Heat and Glo - fireplace manufacturer). When I did not hear from him for several weeks, I called [redacted]'s. There is a message now that states they are out of town working on a project that will take late spring or early summer to complete. I left a message and received no response. That was about a month or so ago. At the same time I tried to contact the manufacturer, Heat and Glo. I registered an email complaint via the manufacturers website. I have not received any response from them either. There is no number to call the manufacturer listed on the website. I would like the fireplace fixed. I don't want to pay more service charges. I would also like my credit that I have with [redacted]'s refunded to me as I have asked for in the past.

I would like the fireplace fixed or completely replaced including any flue work and service charges. I don't know if the unit has gone defective or what, but I cannot even get a response now to try to remediate the problem. I estimated the costs for a fireplace now and installation; it may be higher.
