Papa's Country Porch

Review: I bought a pie from Papa's Country Porch at a farmer's market as I've done several times in the past however this one particular time, the crust was completely underbaked with gooey dough, which can certainly cause someone to become very ill. On top of that, I was charged more than the price listed on the menu. I contacted the owner by leaving a voicemail but got no response. I then emailed the business and got a response. [redacted], who I presume to be the owner responded asking whether I would like money refunded or another pie to replace the uncooked one. I replied either option would suffice but I chose to have another pie shipped. I waited 10 days and [redacted] never sent the pie so I emailed him again. He apologized giving me an excuse that his daughter was in the hospital recently and that he would ship it by next week. Once again, he broke his promise. 2 months later, he never sent the pie, a refund, or any explanation. I have an email chain between the two of us that span 10 days of him promising to fulfill my order. To this date, 9 months later, nothing! I think I really gave [redacted] sufficient time to rectify this complaint but he clearly chose to ignore it. Very bad business practice!Desired Settlement: Refund of $22 which is how much I paid for the underbaked pie.
