I ordered 400 donuts for an event, I spoke to the owner "[redacted]" numerous times regarding my order and also to one of his employees. It was arranged that the donuts (Due to the large quantity) would be delivered. The day before the donuts were to be used I received a phone call that the store was "closing for the day in less than an hour" and my donuts were done and I needed to come pick them up. I explained to the clerk that they were to be delivered and she then transferred me to the owner. He said at that time he was sorry about the mistake but that they needed to be picked up. I rushed over before they closed and had to attempt BY MYSELF to get 400 donuts to fit in my car. He would not even come outside and help me. After I was done I asked the employee to please ask the owner to come out of his office because I would like to speak with him. I told him that this was a "big mistake" that was made by his business and he became rude, unprofessional and accusatory to ME that I did not communicate to him properly. I told him that I did and had given them all the information they needed and the LEAST he could do was acknowledge that and he could of also helped me load the 400 donuts into my car. His response was again sarcastic and unprofessional. I work with a lot of vendors and never have I EVER been treated like this. I will NEVER give him another order again.
