Paparazzi Photo Booth

Review: I contracted Paparazzi Photo Booths for my sons wedding on October 11, 2014 in January 2014. I gave a $150.00 deposit to secure their services. On September 10, 2014 I called to follow-up and make sure there were no problems. As per my contract, I paid the remainder of the balance which was $345.00 and was assured by the owner Scott that he would be at the venue promptly at 4:00 on my sons wedding day. Paparazzi Photo Booth never showed up and disappointed the 150 guest that were invited. When I called on Monday, October 13,after several attempts I reached the owner and he assured me he would reimburse me the money I put out. I have called numerous times since he stated this fact and have still not received the courtesy of a call back, or more importantly the money I put out for services not rendered.Desired Settlement: I would like the $495.00 dollars owed to me. I will never be able to replace the memories that were lost due to the fact that this business did not show for my sons wedding.

Review: I has engaged Paparazzi Photo Booth to perform photo booth services at my son's birthday party. When I reached out to Scott C[redacted] the owner to inform him that I did not need his services for this date to a change in attendees he confirmed to me that he would refund me my money paid of $275. After the day of the part I followed up with him for a status update on my refund and he ensured me that it was with his accountant and would be refunded shortly. That was the last I heard from him. I have sent messages and emails and he has completely stopped communicating with me and is not providing me the refund that I am owed.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the money that I paid which is $275
