Papa Murphy's Take N Bake Pizza

Review: Me and my wife walked in to our local Papa Murphy's Take N Bake Pizza on [redacted], as we do on many occasions. While looking at the menu we noticed a great deal with their "Feed the Crowd" promotion very prominently displayed on a poster along side their menu board. This poster advertised two large "Signature" pizzas, with two sides, and two 2-liters, all for $35. On the poster, advertising the promo was clearly shown, examples of two of their "signature" pizzas, two bottles of soda, and for the "two sides" we say a container of their cookie dough and a salad. Now, when we ordered this promotion, the Store Manager, [redacted], said that the promotion does not include the salads. She told us we could pick a different side instead. At this point, I bring [redacted] over to the poster and point out how their promotion is advertised, clearly including the salads. So acknowledged to me what was shown. I asked her if she would take the poster down. She refused. I went on to point out that by keeping it up, that their establishment was engaging in false advertising. I asked [redacted], the Store Manager, "Do you understand this is false advertising?" She surprisingly admitted to me it was, but that "that is what the owner wanted", referring to the rules of the promo, despite their use of inaccurate advertising. I told [redacted] that someone could go to the Revdex.com and their Corporate headquarters to file a complaint. [redacted] acknowledged it was within any consumers right to do so. I said "Thank you. We will take our business elsewhere from now on."Desired Settlement: I would like for the business to contact me and let me know they have taken down or replaced their advertising to correctly and accurate reflect what they offer. I would like an apology from the store, and would like the Store Manager to receive some reward or recognition for being honest with her customers, even if she did not accommodate us.
