Review: This company charged me for services it did not provide. I am supposed to receive a refund (I spoke to 2 different people) and it was never processed. I ordered a meal which was to be delivered within 40-50 minutes. After 90 minutes, I tried calling the store. The line was busy. After about the 5th call, I was able to get through, but the phone was never answered. I stayed on the line for 4 minutes, and this was during business hours. My order was placed online, so my credit card was charged. My meal arrived 3 hours later, at which time I told the delivery person I no longer needed or wanted the meal that should have arrived 2 hours earlier. He assured me I would be refunded. I called Papa John's corporate office who connected me with this location's regional manager. She told me the local store had not canceled my order and that she would do it. It has been over 72 hours later and the charge has not been taken off. I called my credit card company and they said no record of a refund was issued.Desired Settlement: At the very least, I would like a refund of my money.

Review: We ordered three pizzas online. When they were delivered one was incorrect. We called to let them know that something was wrong and spoke with Mr. [redacted] who stated he was the general manager and franchise owner (he insisted that he was the owner and nothing goes above him. After 10 minutes of arguing we were told that they might send a replacement pizza. After speaking with the online customer service we were told that they had no record of a "[redacted]" at the store.Desired Settlement: I would like my order replaced and a written apology from the individual who lied and stated they were the owner.
