Papa Johns Pizza - Franchise

Placed order to papa johns pizza on 02/17/2020 @ 830pm never received order but they charged my card, and when I called about order and asked to be reordered they got rude and hung up. ,on second call she put me on hold and never came third call said order was void but still no mention of refund asked to speak to manager they hung up. Called again asked for their names he got rude and started cussing and said they do not deliver to me anymore still not getting me over to a supervisor, I wasn't even mad I just wanted to reorder if pizza was already ready what was the problem with bringing it back if I wanted it
