Papa John's Pizza - Franchise

it is very sad that Papa John pizza is not Revdex.com accredited, if they were; I am very sure thousand of complaint or more will be on hand
My complaint is that I am suppose to get a free pizza for a promotional $25.00 purchase and the customer rep told me over the phone that they send out an e-mail addressing the expiration date was near but I never have received the e-mail and when I asked for a copy of the e-mail the rep insisted on they have send out instead, I got a run around
Bottom line, I did not have my free pizza and I was put on hold for more than 30 minutes waiting for the supervisor, what a waste of time doing business with such looser!
