My issue was pertaining to the lack Of clear statement of expiration on this offer. The expiration issue was not clearly posted or provided to me upon initiation of the promotion. I requested resolution, not a simple repeat explanation. The lack of obvious term statement violation Consumer Rights legislation.
No resolution of equivalent value was given. I only purchased the previous product with the promotion under the expectation of receipt of given additional item (in this case, the 25 additional points).

Per the rules and regulations of the Winning Promotion you had to use the 25 bonus points you received by 09/27/2015 or they expired from the account. Papa John’s International has investigated Mr. [redacted]’s complaint regarding a franchise location. The Chicken Parmesan pizza was a limited time seasonal offer that is only offered for a specific time period. When that designated time period expires, the option to order it is removed from the...
website. When this particular promotion was created, the Chicken Parmesan pizza was not available, and that is why it was not an option to select. However, it is our understanding that the franchise location in question was still able to make the order for the customer because the store had the ingredients available. In addition, the customer was provided a $10:00 Papa Card from Papa John's International, and the franchisee also provided a $10:00 Papa Card and a free large one topping pizza. Papa John’s International apologizes for any confusion by the customer regarding this matter.
