Papa John's (3929 White Plains Rd.)

Just ordered from their website. Nothing on their website says they will not go upstairs to deliver to your door. I left special instructions to come to my door. After the website takes my money, I get a call from them saying they will not come into the building, I had to come downstairs. Isn't that refusing my business? If so, why not have something on the website that says they will not come upstairs if you live in a building? It's because it's illegal!!! They are outright refusing a demographic of people!!! That's similar to the red zoning banks use to do back in the day. I am just a consumer. I am not a lawyer. I am just tired of businesses choosing not to serve me because of who I am, what I look like and where I live.
The one reason they claimed is because they are worried about protecting their workers. This is an assumption that if they deliver to my building, they would be harmed!
I didn't know my building was seen as a "do not enter" zone. I am curious to know if this is the same policy in every neighborhood!
