Just ordered from their websiteNothing on their website says they will not go upstairs to deliver to your doorI left special instructions to come to my doorAfter the website takes my money, I get a call from them saying they will not come into the building, I had to come downstairsIsn't that refusing my business? If so, why not have something on the website that says they will not come upstairs if you live in a building? It's because it's illegal!!! They are outright refusing a demographic of people!!! That's similar to the red zoning banks use to do back in the dayI am just a consumerI am not a lawyerI am just tired of businesses choosing not to serve me because of who I am, what I look like and where I live
The one reason they claimed is because they are worried about protecting their workersThis is an assumption that if they deliver to my building, they would be harmed!
I didn't know my building was seen as a "do not enter" zoneI am curious to know if this is the same policy in every neighborhood!
