*** This is in response to your email regarding the dispute I filed against Papa John’s. The new manager of the location did call me and she has refunded my for the full charge on my credit card. She indicated that the driver did in fact give himself a $tip and that this
particular driver was not one of their regular drivers, he had been borrowed from another location. The only part I am not satisfied with is the customer service issues where they escalate an issue but really never bother to try and fix it until a complaint is filed. Thanks for your help, ***
