The three incidents before [redacted] speaks of is at his own error.  See I am vegetarian due to my health and the repeatedly they  gave me dead animal on my cheese pizzas. They wouldn't fix this problem out of fustration from their own doings. I wasn't being rude or unjust in asking for what I ordered only to be denied!
