reason), while Ms. [redacted] was waiting for a fresh batch of fish to be cooked, another customer walked in and bought most of the fish already cooked, so she thought that we sold her the old ones. Furthermore, we checked on what happened on Sunday and why the manager was not contacted by one of our cashiers; Mrs. [redacted] asked the cashier on duty if he is the manager, he told her that he is not and he will be there on Monday. She did not ask to speak to him on the phone.
In conclusion, it seems that Mrs. [redacted] did not like the fish that night and we apologized for the inconvenience. We also provided a deep discount for another meal and she told me on the phone that our cook took good care of her last Wednesday and she is pleased with the results.

I did return to the location, and they fixed my order to my satisfaction. I also received a phone call from the owner of the business to discuss the matter. I consider this claim resolved to my satisfaction.
