This business stated they would remove and replace our lawnI asked if they would put in top soil prior to placing down the sod, the brother of this contractor (who helped) "point blank lied to me" and said they were doing that, which was never doneAdditionally they never cleared the rocks under the sod and when we asked them to fix the sprinkler valves and check all of the sprinklers, they never checked the sprinklers and had some other person replace the sprinkler valvesHe replaced valves with faulty wire connections which rusted a month later and we had to redo the values which cost us more money with another contractor
