Review: I was charged $250 for a camp for my son but unfortunately I found out he was unable to attend. I spoke those incharge before the event and he stated it wasn't a problem and that he would issue me a full refund. I then received an email from the owners asking for my address again so they can send out the refund check. I have since called and emailed multiple times and received no responses. I also have not yet received a refund. Please help, this has been going on way to long and I haven't heard anything from the company since June and they are not returning any phone calls or emails.Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate my [redacted] or credit card refunded (since I originally believed them that I was going to receive my refund check so I stopped the [redacted] investigation). I prefer the credit card credited than a check mailed because I no longer trust them to mail out the check (since they said they were doing it in June and I never received anything).Thank you.
