before obtaining a discount.This business hadn’t ordered in five years and had changed their business name seven years ago without notifying us. There were only four orders in the last ten years. We normally stop sending dealer discount catalogs after three years of inactivity and consider withdrawing the discount. That is what we did in this case.While we appreciate this customer’s business in the past they are no longer buying quantities of tents for resale and are no longer receiving a discount as a business buying for resale.Sincerely,[redacted]Vice President
