I ordered a holster and prepaid on 11/16/ They sent me a holster that was WAY too small so I retuRned it and Steven [redacted] W [redacted] blamed it on a new worker and said he would ship out a replacement That was ten months ago! This is a fraudulent business and I would recommend you not send them your money

I would recommend that you AVOID all contact with this company. Your money WILL be taken and you will NOT receive your product. I placed an order in December 2014 and never received the product. I was told there was a 3 week backlog upon placing the order. They will not email any updates, you call, leave a message with order #, then someone will return your call. I called every month from February 1 until September 1, 2015 checking on the status. I was given the runaround and false shipping dates every time, if they ever called back. Search for this company, you will see dozens of forum results with similar experiences or people that bought a product during a promotion and if they ever received the item, it was not as advertised. This company is nothing but a fraud with false advertising and the worst customer service I have ever seen. They need to be shut down.

I ordered a leather holster on June the 2nd I got a confirmation number that day and they took the money from my credit card just like any other business. There is a long waiting period of 8 to 10 weeks. So I thought I would be getting a tracking number by the 7 or 8 week but nothing. I have sent e-mails and I have call them and all I get is a recorded message and they will get back to me well it,s now going on 10 week,s and I have still gotten no e-mail back or any phone call back to address my concerns. I will not do any business with them again. As it stands right now i'm out a 114.93 dollars in short there customer service is non existence.
