PanPets - Sourcing Time

Review: On April 9th, I placed an online order with Panpets for a 75 ga fish aquarium. On April 20th, I was told my order was damaged and to avoid any delay, they would upgrade me to a 90 ga. On April 22nd, I was told it would ship in 2-3 days. On May 5th, I was told I would receive my order early next week. On May 14th, I was told that it shipped, along with a free gift. On May 19th, I was told it would deliver on May 22nd. On May 27th, I was told they would update me as soon as it shipped. On May 29th, I was told I would receive it next week. That week has passed. Today is June 8th, and my last email went unanswered. Desired Settlement: Send my order or give a full refund. I purchased the tank for $779.95. Afterwards I was told I needed the accessories. This cost an additional $245.59. I did receive the accessories, but they will do me no good without the tank. A full refund of $1,025.54, or my aquarium and stand.
