PTCI contacted Mr. [redacted] and reviewed his bills with him. We explained the changes and how we have and will provide notices to increases in fees. The customer is satisfied.

While I still do not agree with thier polic as it was and feel they should refund the overcharges. they have at least agreed to notify in the future and this should help alleviate this issue going forward.
