My wife and I purchased carpet and flooring from Carpet one. We selected several different carpets and a couple vinyl floorings. Service was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and supportive from the beginning. Prices were excellent for the items we selected. Quality was top notch.
Later there was a problem with one of the vinyl floorings. I contacted Owner/Manager Don K[redacted] who came over promptly with a fellow expert. They agreed. Don had them remove the flooring, then install the new flooring we wanted. The financial terms were reasonable, fair and pleasing. Don kept involved, wanting to ensure everything went smoothly and well. It sure did. We love the new flooring. We were very impressed with Don's commitment to our satisfaction and happiness.
I highly recommend Panhandle Carpet One!
