My father worked as an Engineer at the company for almost 40 years. He worked past his retirement age because he had a passion for the company and was a dedicated employee. At his old age he probably should of stopped working but he continued. One day he fell at work and got hurt and was sent to the hospital. Because it was a head injury he never recovered but attempted to go back to work but his health would not allow him to do so. The company decided to terminate him instead of forcing him to retire since he was over 70. A couple months later he passed away and since the company terminated him instead of forcing him to retire he lost all death benefits leaving us family members the burden to pay for his funeral. Since we did not have much money it left my dads funeral very minimal.
