Pandora Accessories

Review: I bought a IP Foscam product from Pandora Accessories a reseller. The camera worked fine for 4 weeks then stopped functioning. I contacted Pandora Accessories and after giving me the run around for weeks they finally agreed to take the product from me and exchange or get it repaired for me. Two weeks after the UPS confirmed delivery (Which I paid for) I got no response from Pandora Accessories. So, I emailed them and asked for an update. They stated that they needed me to remove a negative review on [redacted] from which I bought the camera. This is in violation of [redacted] policy. [redacted] is investigating. They are blackmailing me. They have my camera and will not honor fixing it or exchanging it until I remove a negative review for their bad customer service. I am more then willing to reverse my negative review on [redacted] after I receive good customer service and they do as promised. Instead they are now holding my camera as ransom to try and get a better score on [redacted] so they can rip off more people.Desired Settlement: I would like a working product as Pandora Accessories promised. I am out 137 dollars. I have no camera and at least Foscam would have fixed it under warranty.
