I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I did receive letter with Panda Palace response copy of Letter enclosed with fax.
I do realize that Manager [redacted] can issue an refund if she chooses.' If Panda
cannot issue an refund~ I will gladly accept another rice or something else. When I
first approached her she did offer another rice~ I declined because Bridal shower
was over. For customer service reason 1 I would appreciate if [redacted] would let me
get something else. I will not even ask for the 31.00 that I spent on the fried rice."
I cannot make [redacted] grant customer service with this matter. I can only HOPE
that she does the RIGHT THING and to think if this were her or one of her family
members. How would she like to be treated. I do not have 31.00 to give a way
for something that did not meet the standard. I would be more than happy to get
something else on the menu.
In the past when speaking with [redacted] she would always say that the Owner
would call me. That never happened. As acting Manager I do know that she can
honor a refund or something else off the menu. Since no refund will be granted~ I
will accept something from the menu.

Review: I mailed letter to Panda Palace in National City 4.23.14. A copy of letter Is Included
with this letter. I followed up with Elaine 4.29.14. She acknowleged that she
received letter and Informed me that Owner would call me. To date, I have not
received a phone call or my refund for 31.60.
I would like a full refund because the house rice ordered for daughter's Bridal
Shower was not good. Very dry,tasted old, and only a couple of shrimp. Guests
did not eat the rice. They tasted the rice. Not eaten. Who does not like Chinese
food, The other dishes were eaten.
I called and spoke with [redacted]. She offered me
another rice. I informed her that the rice was for an special occasion and I did not
want another rice or anything else. I was very disappointed with the rice and would like a refund.
