Review: The $200 deposit for the gas tank and the reimbursement of estimated $150 worth of cooking gas returned has not been issued. The request for discontinuance of service due to a move was sent as a written statement via e-mail and verbally over the phone over 6 weeks ago. I was told the deposit would be returned and I would be reimbursed for the gas in left in the tank by the employee I spoke to. The company has been contacted 5 times in the past 2 weeks regarding this matter. The company claims they did not receive written notice, they lost the account information, they charge a $100 tank pick up fee and they received an empty tank.Desired Settlement: A check for $350 for the deposit and returned gas

Review: In Octobor, 2008 I contracted Panco to provide propane for my apartment at [redacted]. Per agreeemnt, a $200 refundable deposit (due when service is ended) was given to Panco. Per agreement Panco is supposed to also refund unused propane and any credits due when service is canceled. Service was cancelled and tank picked up on Jan. **, 2014. To date I have not recieved my deposit or credit refund. Five e-mails have been sent to [redacted] at Pance, 10 calls made to Panco.Desired Settlement: $350Breakdown: $200 deposit, $94 credit on file, about $56 in left over propane

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Panco Petroleum regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

they shorted me $94 in credits due. They mailed me a check dated Feb [redacted] but did not recieve it until April. The envelope was postmerked April [redacted].

I do not want to pursue. It is not worth my time or yours. Thank you for your help
