Pancho Villa’s Mexican Restaurant #4

I came here to eat dinner with a couple of friends, while eating here I asked about the tamale on the menu and asked what kind of meat was in it because I have a food restriction (pork) I was told that it was chicken which was fine, I then continued to ordered it and asked if it could come with no sauce on it. Once it came out, I took a bite out of it and it was dry. Which is okay, no big deal. I asked to send it back because I didn’t like it and if it could just be taken off my tab. While waiting for the manager, 15 minutes go by and he still haven’t come. So eventually, I took my ticket to the front and told him my issue and why I took it off. He then proceeded to say that it was pork in there not chicken and that it is typically not dry. I took offense because I was told it was chicken not pork. Instead of correcting the problem, he continue to state that his employee was the best and she wouldn’t have told me it was chicken when it is not. He then asked if my stomach would be okay tomorrow, I said no because I haven’t had pork in a long time and that I could potentially be sick from consuming this type of meat. Instead of being in the comfort of his customer and helping my need, he helped himself and his employee. By the end of my dinner, I am not in the best environment and is sick to my stomach once I was told that. I will not be returning due to these reasons. I did not feel any better by the words and actions given to me by the workers here.
