[redacted]. Mr. [redacted] purchased a vehicle (2003 Chevrolet Impala VIN# [redacted]) from us on 12/24/2014. All customers of Pan American Auto Sales have the chance to have vehicles either test-driven or inspected by a mechanic of the customer's choice before the final sale. [redacted] has been driving the vehicle for weeks. [redacted] came to our location to complain about the vehicle not working properly, being a total loss and he wanted his money back. We stated the vehicle was sold as-is and the deal had been finalized. [redacted] explained there was oil in the water. We were in possession of the vehicle for two weeks after [redacted] forfeited the vehicle. The vehicle runs with no issues. We used an outside mechanic to inspect it. The mechanic found no issues. The oil is clean and the fluids are clean. We do not see any further action to take regarding this deal. It is not in our interest to further doing business with [redacted].
