Estimate of repair cost went up 33%. No explanation. Tried to buy my automobile for nothing, over charged for tow. In general tried to take advantage of my situation: woman , out of town with children and car trouble . Always been a Toyota buyer disappointed Toyota allows this dealership to act this way and keep their product.
